LOU'S EXPERIENCE AND BACKGROUND:

What a pleasure it has been for me to serve the people of District 10 for the past eight years in the Utah House of Representatives. I have enjoyed meeting many of my constituents and hearing from them, and I hope that my decisions and votes have served my community well.

There is still much to be done in the areas of the budget surpluses, education, crime, transportation, and health. Because of my interest in what will be happening, I have decided to run for re-election. Your constant communication has provided me with the ability to do a better job as your representative. Thank you for your support and look forward to serving you again in the 2005/2006 Legislature.
