This site is intended to show those who are interested in CCD astrophotography what can be done with modest equipment. All images were taken using an eight inch Celestron SCT, however, not all images were taken with the same camera. The earlier images were taken with a SBIG ST-5. I later upgraded to a SBIG ST-6. All images are marked to show which camera was used.
(Note: Many of these images were taken by students at Weber State University who had never used a CCD camera before. Weber State University is located in Ogden, Utah.)
