Voluntary Assistance by WAM members performing "one time" Hands-On Demonstration Flights, or assisting members
with the process of Learning to Fly, or performing Test Flights of model aircraft, are volunteer actions that are not delegated
by the WAM club or the WAM Constitution and By-Laws, and the WAM member performing the Voluntary Assistance is
(THE PILOT IN CHARGE) and is responsible for making sure the WAM Flying Field Rules are followed.
