Annual Membership Dues Requirements
The WAM Clubs Annual Membership Dues Requirement is from
January 1st to December 31st. Membership dues shall be paid by December 31st . (one month grace period)
Members from the previous year paying their dues after January 31st of the
next year shall be assessed a late fee of $5.00. ALL WAM Club Members Must also be Valid Members of the Academy
of Model Aeronautics (AMA). Junior Members are those Members who have not reached their
19th birthday prior to January 1st of the year membership is
applied for.
Membership in the WAM club requires ALL Senior members pay an
Equity fee of $65.00. This Equity fee is a one time fee as long
as the WAM member does not let his or her Annual membership Dues Fee lapse for
two years. Annual Senior Membership dues are: $60.00. Annual Junior Membership dues are: $15.00, and Additional Junior Pilot Memberships from the
same family household are free. Each Additional Junior Pilot membership from the
same family household must also be a valid AMA member., and each additional Junior Pilot
must also apply for WAM membership by using a WAM membership application form. WAM and Webster's definition of Family: A group of individuals
living under one roof and under one head of household. Dues for new members joining after June 30th , One Years Dues
required, And by December 31st the member shall pay Only One Half
the Yearly dues required for the next year. Dues for new members joining after September 30th , One Years dues required and membership is
Issued through December 31st of the next year. Senior Pilot Members shall pay the full equity assessment fee.
(Member is given three months of free membership), and no dues are required for the next year, unless the dues
for that year are increased.
(Note: For this membership Dues Age requirements apply for
the next year, this means that if the person joining the club has
his or her 19th birthday prior to January 1st of the next year
that person is required to pay Senior Membership Dues and the
Senior Equity fee).
